2026 Focus & Objectives

2026 is a growth and execution year for AgriGates, transitioning from validation to scale.

Primary goals for 2026:

  1. Close Seed Round
  • We aim to complete our Seed financing to accelerate growth across product, data infrastructure, and go-to-market execution.
  • Capital will be used to:
    • Scale AgTag production and deployment (Revenue stream)
    • Expand data and ML capabilities and revenue generating tools
    • Build operational and software engineering capacity
  1. Launch the DAT-AI-LAB (Penn Vet, New Bolton Center)
  • Officially open the DAT-AI-LAB (Data, Analytics, and Technology for AI in Livestock Animal Behavior).
  • Planned opening event in late spring / early summer 2026.
    • Confirmed involvement from the PA Secretary of Agriculture
    • Actively pursuing participation from the Governor’s Office
  • Position AgriGates team members on-site, including engineering and data science roles.
  • Establish the lab as a national center for digital animal behavior, welfare analytics, and applied AI.
  1. Revenue Growth & Commercial Expansion
  • Convert existing proposals and pilots into multi-year commercial agreements.
  • Scale deployments across additional farms and species.
  • Continue expanding relationships with multinational partners and distributors.
  • Achieve targeted revenue growth aligned with Seed-stage execution plans.
